Your images are precious and irreplaceable – if something happens to them, such as getting lost in the post, they are gone forever. For this reason I prefer to only scan images for people near where I live in Tasmania and who can deliver their transparencies in person (or I can arrange collection).
If you do choose to post or use some other delivery service to get them to me, it is at your own risk and I can take no responsibility for them until they arrive safely into my care.
Once scanned, digital files will be delivered back to you via online file transfer. They can also be provided on a USB memory stick, at a small additional cost. Again, I prefer to deliver the original materials back to you in person; if you want them posted or couriered it will be at your own risk.
